Honestly, when it hits the exchange watch the direction and the Mcap. It might start plummeting instantly, in which case buy at the bottom. Or it might start rising the moment it's on there.

Looking at MATIC, it stopped dumping around 25-35% above its IEO price, and then it went berserk. If you bought MATIC any time between 2-5 days after it dropped, you would be in about as good of shape as you could hope to be.
I will look at some of the other IEOs and report back in this thread.

If you get in early, chances are even if it dips soon after it will eventually rise higher than the point you bought at. CZ probably wants this to "succeed" so he can show it off like he did with Matic.

in the very short term, CELR dumped to about 50% above its IEO price. then it pumped. longer term it behaved pretty differently than MATIC though.

looks like FET dumped for days/weeks on end, and then about 15-20% above its IEO price, pumped insanely hard.
i think my strategy is going to be wait for it get to get around 150-200% of its IEO price and buy in there. if we think that MATIC will have drawn even more attention to these IEOs, perhaps the correct move is to buy in more aggressively (200-300% IEO price).

buying in immediately after it comes out is probably fine too, but i think you need to be prepared to wait 0-3 months for the pump.
