Honestly, when it hits the exchange watch the direction and the Mcap. It might start plummeting instantly, in which case buy at the bottom. Or it might start rising the moment it's on there.

Looking at MATIC, it stopped dumping around 25-35% above its IEO price, and then it went berserk. If you bought MATIC any time between 2-5 days after it dropped, you would be in about as good of shape as you could hope to be.
I will look at some of the other IEOs and report back in this thread.

If you get in early, chances are even if it dips soon after it will eventually rise higher than the point you bought at. CZ probably wants this to "succeed" so he can show it off like he did with Matic.
