this coin isnt popular here yet. i dont know what happens when coins get listed on other exchanges. the price is steadily going down though; i see a lot of limit orders being created at the same price point--fractions of a dollar's worth of a sale. no human is manually inputting those orders, I'll tell you that.

look at every order above the current 3-6 asks. they are all sell limit orders worth pennies, all the way up to the recent ATH. those are not humans inputting those orders. looks like price suppressors buying up a quiet market.

the token is incentive for node maintenance and setup. its not used for the applications built upon the dag network. that's what that medium poster doesn't understand (also, that article did not age well).
coti licenses technology which allows companies to whitelabel their own stablecoins so they can utilize their own blockchain payment networks (hosted on the coti dag network). the tokens are for supporting the architecture.
