Stay hydrated and eat more fiber (while using proper technique) and you won't have shit sticking to your anus, or your insides. Fiber makes your poop less sticky and it wipes away very clean. I stopped needing wet-wipes after discovering this.

This. Squatting keep poop from getting all over your anus and straightens out the colon and lower intestine when you are pooping. Mixing this with more fiber is the ultimate redpill on taking a poop. I keep a stack of old trading books to rest my feet on while I take a dump, 3-4 books works best for me.
