Finasteride and minoxidil. You have max 5 years on average before its completely over. Then you can either get a hair transplant in Turkey for cheap or get scalp microgpigmentation if you're comfortable with a buzz cut. A cure won't be out in 5 years so make a decision today. Finasteride side effects may occur so counter some of them with zinc or lower your dosage if you must. Keep in mind a hair transplant requires you to stay on finasteride post procedure.
