Finasteride and minoxidil. You have max 5 years on average before its completely over. Then you can either get a hair transplant in Turkey for cheap or get scalp microgpigmentation if you're comfortable with a buzz cut. A cure won't be out in 5 years so make a decision today. Finasteride side effects may occur so counter some of them with zinc or lower your dosage if you must. Keep in mind a hair transplant requires you to stay on finasteride post procedure. Chemicals are useless, however they have a minor effect, these will never bring back your original hairline. 2 things to do:
1: Accept it, dress fashioned, grow beard and get ripped. I'm with these stuffs you can compete with guys with hair as well.
2: Get a well paid job and go to a hair transplant. Still not the most effective way if almost all of your hair fell out, but if there is enough on the side, it will work.

Just grow a clean cut beard, and keep your hair short.

Try out a buzz cut even if you are scared to.

im a diffuse thinning user who uses a rotary shaver to get that fucker to a smooth ball. best thing ever, i dont want my hair to grow cuz sometimes i get lazy to buzz it 2-3 times/week.
