Coping with getting fired

>caught for pocketing literally just $1

It is not about the amount, you filthy thiefs have no value, literally biting the hand that feeds you.

The job couldn't have been that wonderful if you risked it all for a dollar. Go slip and fall somewhere and become a neet

I’ve been fired before as well it sucks but life goes on get another job

>trading integrity for a dollar
user, what are you doing?

trust me that is actually a good bussines, I know some cashiers that always take some cut from the change and when they get called out they just say oops sorry I miscalculated

Sorry user you fell for the boomer trick. Boomers will do shit like this to "test" you all the fucking time. They'll leave small shit to that most people would literally continue on unaware of, but not boomers.
>leave $1 bill or a few coins laying around in an office drawer
>leave candy, pens, stickers, fucking paperclips and maintain inventory of them
>watch out the window when you come in to work to see how you drive in, your facial expression about going in to work, what you do in the car before you get out, how fast and diligently you walk in
>If you partake in shitty forced company events, etc
Around boomers never relax

"I miscalculated the amount of money so I had to put it in my pocket, oops"

Serious though OP, can't have been a great place to work if they fired you over $1. There are places where employers actually value their staff. Must've been a shitty low skilled job too if they can replace you just like that

I advise to try to find bar work, it's a great job for socialising and you can sleep in without an alarm. It's what I've done for a few years while I'm studying web dev, I'd advise it

THIS, You don't even deserve a wagie cage. KYS
It doesn't matter the amount!

I work at a bank and we absolutely will fire over $1, can't trust thieves around customers money, no matter how petty the theft
