this. I have pretty intense ADHD so the shit adderall does to my brain unironically normalizes it. It's stuff that is supposed to be there in the first place but isn't. Every study you've read about adderall being harmful only applies to normal people. Longitudinal studies done on people with ADHD show that adderall has a dramatically reduced effect because it's actually bringing these spastics to equilibrium. For me, the medication is life changing.
