I have a script for ritalin and it helps somewhat. I wish I could just drink coffee instead but it actually worsens my focus now because of increased anxiety. Growing up sucks.
Has anyone taken testosterone/steroids and noticed an increase in mood/focus? I tested low-ish for T (488) and am thinking of trying TRT to see if that's causing some of my symptoms.
