Exactly. I say the same thing to any girl asking me for work out advice now: you won't appreciably change your ass size lifting. You can change the shape a bit and if you have literally nothing it won't hurt but ultimately you need fat to build the size. That's oestrogen mediated fat naturally, you can try and gain weight and see but if that doesn't work fat transfers or learning to live with it are the only solutions.

Well squats aren't particularly specific for targeting glutes but i do deadlift and stiff leg deadlift which are much better. I've even done a cycle in the past and got to 4pl8 deadlift. Made my ass maybe a cm bigger.
I feel for girls with bad bodies as there is little they can do. You can't workout your way to wider hips or bigger tits. Hit enough legs and they can get big quads which gives a bit of an illusion of a figure but really fat transfers are the best bet and what 99% of instagram transformations involve.
If someone really disagrees i tend to ask them to post one gradual development series of photos which don't involve changing pose, lighting or underwear. Never get it and i don't even believe some lucky gened people can't do it.

Well the gym i managed had a membership of 200-300 and in that there were 3 people who outlifted me and we had no shortage of gear. In my current gym it's much bigger, no idea on the membership but it's city central. Again maybe 10 people who lift more that I've seen. That includes clearly pinning guys with straps and wraps on. It's not a powerlifting gym as I've said im not that standard but im in the top percent of most gym groups. My ass is near flat. So a girl lifting half isn't going to get an ass. It's fat, not muscle that makes a female ass.

1 rep maxs, that's how you calculate standards. I can go into how accurate 1rms are calculated but nowadays people tend to use an inaccurate simple calculation across all lifts for ease.
Males grow muscles at a much faster rate across all groups than women. A man who targets biceps will grow an ass slower than a girl who targets her ass, pretty meaningless statement however. The point is that muscle growth won't give a girl a good ass, its just not big enough a muscle for what makes a good female ass. Even a guy on gear squatting weights multiple times a girl could won't get a good female sized ass. Check out female olmypic lifters doing lower chain lifts. They represent the top 0.001% of female genes for lifting and the majority still have flat asses. Literally impossible if muscle gave good size.
