Agree, thing is a % of the sold packs/cards go straight back into a prize pool for world championships. Already at $400k now, and that kind of prize money is bound to attract players to the game.

so, like all crypto "games" currently on the market, this is more of a gambling mechanism than an actual game with innovative mechanics :/ imo, the real way the ecosystem can grow is from the latter, not the former. glad y'all are making money though

Yea, threw in an ETH on Rare packs and got a couple of good cards... If it turns out the game becomes pretty popular, then I get to win big, if not then it's just an ETH lost so no biggie. I used to be really deep into CSGO skins and made a couple grand off them, so I definitely see the attraction to having these cards on a marketplace where each one of them is owned virtually. All of crypto is gambling in the end anyway heh
