Been smoking since I was 14 and have tried to kick the habit multiple times. Stopping isn't particularly difficult even though the withdrawal sucks massive dick. The problem is it's just so easy to fall back into it. One exceptionally stressful day at work and you just cave after months of not smoking. I'm a month clean now and drinking shitloads of water and tea and working out every day. Nicotine is a massive scam and it's time to kick it for good. It's such a terrible habit to pick up.
