not OP but start with the program Stronglifts + accessories for 3-4 months and then reassess. eat mostly protein if you can, keep the carbs in check. lurk Jow Forums QTDDTOT threads and learn what you can. watch videos on lifts you don't know how to do. good luck user

we can disagree on shitcoins all day long but i want all my fellow autistic faggots to make it financially and physically. SL is a modified SS and SS is a meme. I did SL for a few months and then switched to a PPL routine. SL is good because it lets you build a strength base so when you start lifting more focused on size you lift heavier weight and get bigger faster. i always did accessories with it tho i'd recommend curls and forearm curls so that deadlifting gets easier in higher weight. deadlifts are only hard because heavier weight is harder to grip

yeah the best thing about it is it's only 3 days a week so it's pretty manageable as you're getting into the swing of things. "accessories" refers to "extra" exercises, so something like three sets of bicep curls would be an "accessory" to the core lifting plan
