what is that overhead, bench, squat, DL?

we can disagree on shitcoins all day long but i want all my fellow autistic faggots to make it financially and physically. SL is a modified SS and SS is a meme. I did SL for a few months and then switched to a PPL routine. SL is good because it lets you build a strength base so when you start lifting more focused on size you lift heavier weight and get bigger faster. i always did accessories with it tho i'd recommend curls and forearm curls so that deadlifting gets easier in higher weight. deadlifts are only hard because heavier weight is harder to grip

I'm looking into it now and i'm liking the structure of it i.e. it seem feasible for someone like myself to get into a solid routine and stick to it. That's always been my problem. I just gotta get comfortable using the equipment. Also, what mean by accessories?

yeah the best thing about it is it's only 3 days a week so it's pretty manageable as you're getting into the swing of things. "accessories" refers to "extra" exercises, so something like three sets of bicep curls would be an "accessory" to the core lifting plan
