The place isn't that great but I'm planning to start getting work done on it and rent it out to nurses (I live in commute distance from a large hospital). I'm hoping for at least £1.2k a month if I rent the 2 main bedrooms individually and the 2 open plan lounges as one large room. Any advice from experienced landlords?
