Studio apartment

do people actually live in these? I don't understand it, who would choose to live in something so small
it'd be hell. I'm glad i live with my parents after seeing shit like this on real estate listings.
something that size would cost 300-500k here in sydney. Imagine going into debt to own that.

it's pretty comfy desu would definitely buy one if it weren't for the price

max I would pay for a studio would be ~250k, maybe 300k considering how AUD is dropping like a rock

looks comfy

Why would anyone need anything bigger than this? I cannot imagine myself owning a bigger house, having to clean 16 windows, vacuuming 2000 sq feet of carpet, maintenance, buying all that furniture. One thing if you want to have two children and a wife, another if you're a bachelor.

family ? i mean i already have 2 girls and i want other childs so i will definitively need a big house with like 5/6 bedroom

looks very dysfunctional desu. no room at all. good for single without too much hobbys or stuff, fail for anything else. out of curiosity where is the gardorbe?

I cant fucking wait. The other thing which will wreck the apartment market is the fallout from opal/mascot towers. The building industry has been a shitshow for 20 years now.
A studio should only be worth 120k tops in australia.
