Why would anyone need anything bigger than this? I cannot imagine myself owning a bigger house, having to clean 16 windows, vacuuming 2000 sq feet of carpet, maintenance, buying all that furniture. One thing if you want to have two children and a wife, another if you're a bachelor.

I prefer living in studios. 500 - 900 Square feet is ideal. Less than 500 is a glorified closet.
