The most underrated exercise for upper back and traps are power cleans.

The common answer you'll get is barbell rows.

Also even though pullups target lats way more than upper back, I'd say pullups is still a better upper back workout than some shit like upright rows or even deadlifts (queue the haters on that last point)

upper back or lats? lats are a very large muscle but if you want to specifically target upper back muscles try
face pulls
shrugs/shrug variations
rear delt flies
etc. depends on which muscles specifically you want to hit

I'm 28 and work night shift in a warehouse. Haven't gone to the gym in almost a year now. I manage to keep my weight low (50kg down from ATH) and this job made me a druggie.
