I started with the binges, like you, and the recovery in bed, then I figured out actually doing bumps was how you maintain a habit.

For the record, always spit out the drip back, swallowing coke is god awful for your stomach and actually is the worst way you can absorb it into your body because of all the nasty chems in the stuff.

You spit out and you stipp get euphoria but you greatly reduce the sickness afterwards. Alternately you can smoke rocks, which is the cleanest way of doing coke, but again, you will lose your voice after a heavy session hitting the pipe.

Its an incredibly deteremental drug desu. As faras ritalin goes, if your are adhd you wont experience the 'speed hit' that people are saying in the thread, like the euphoria etc. As I understand it it allows you to focus on tasks more efficiently, not the opposite effect that it has on non-adhd folk, whom become restless and disorientated on it.

I had an ex that was diagnosed with adhd and subscribed ritalin whilst we were still together.

I also had a close friend who was also diagnosed as an adult with adhd, he was an avid drug user of allsorts, so I trust his judgement of describing the effects of the medicine, for adhd it is exactly that, medicine.

I would say yes, It really helped my ex with managing her time and life. Also my friend was looking to flunk his degree until he was perscribed (not subscribed in my earlier post) ritalin, he was able to complete his degree in videogame design which is considerably tougher than people think (vector calculus etc.)

But the truth is to still feel clean and reduce the sickness, spit out the drips, blow your nose every so often, the longer you let the stuff sit in your nose cavity the more it chews your face up.

Also, the acid reflux is greatly exaggerated when drinking.

Try cammomile tea with a little honey, honestly, it really helps with those bad stomach times and stabalising your stomach pH.

Most substances can be abused, I drink coffee every day, 3 cups in the morning, but my cutoff is midday because I know itll make me jittery, give me the shits and effect my sleep.

But doesnt change the fact that first cup gets me to where I need to be on a day to day basis.

Do you plan when you are going to consume or is it an impulsive move? I been a chaotic mess to this day. I hope to stay sober for atleast 10 months a year and then enjoy myself 2 months in a row. Where you been in south europe? I been to spain and the coke was a1 and also alot cheaper than up the north. London was the most expensive so far. Germany and holland are alright.

The booze is the worst for me, I did 6 months sober this year, then I hit a pothole and been drinking most days for the past 3 months, on a break again now as my liver and kidneys begin to hurt. Alcohol is truly the worst, you cant get away from it, you go to any social events with the 'normies' and everyone insists you drink or mocks you or some bullshit if you dont drink 'look how much fun were having user, LOOK HOW MUCH FUN!! I would much prefer smoke weed recreationally, but its illegal so I cant do it openly, I have to hide it from normies in my life.

I lived in southern spain for 5 years, about 3.5 years in la linea de la concepcion, coke there was fire, algeciras the nearby city was the entry point for alot of drugs (cocaine, hash and opium) into europe, the columbians used morrocco as a stop off point to get coke into europe so we always had the best shit.

Where up north are you? lived in sheffield for 3 years. desu coke in this country (UK) is always horrendously stepped on, alot of it has levimasole in it which is terrible for your heart. When I dabble a few times a year I get from a friend who has a dutch connection, get fishcale 80/85% pure.

Ironically London you can get mids coke relatively cheap if you know people, theres alot of pub grub around for 50 a g, but I knew some ukrainians that would do 8ths for 135£ of mids to high's near liverpool street station (by canary wharf, businessmen central).

Ive also had good core, and all drugs in prague, go there once a year to visit my buddy, and I also had absolute fire in jamaica, but still, spain was up there at no.1.

I will also add, that the older you get, people tend to pursue hobbies less, and just 'go to the pub' as their only socialising.

And this really fucking sucks, because if you dont want to drink, or like me with a predisposition to forming bad habits and depression from drinking, it means you cant just simply 'go out' and socialise without some pathetic culture of peer pressure.

So what do you end up doing? you stay in, and you dont see people, so like thats where im kinda at, I dont get the opportunity to really see people because all they want to do is sit in the same pub drinking the same shit beer talking the same shit, no one has the getup and go to go mountainbiking, or swimming, or to the climbing wall or just for a walk somewhere interesting.

Im 30 now and its hard to make new friends when your an adult and people are in relationships, I miss being a teenager for socialising, before we all got so fucking corrupted.

Dont you get insane coke cravings when you drink alcohol user? Thats the worst for me. I even did coke in thailand and you can legit jail time there. I have gone into complete social isolation to get fully sober. Literally ALL my friends are junkies or alcoholic normies. I had to cut them all off to get my sanity back. I was in malaga, barcelona and salou in spain. Coke was always good. With up the north i mean im from north europe switzerland. London was mostly always stretched but i got some friends from the balkans and they hooked up with good stuff. Yeah, levamisole is always an issue. So we wander around the town and tr picking out likely individuals that could hook us up, and eventually go up to this guy busking, bit hippyish.

Follow this guy back to the gitano (gypsy) quarter of town, fucking night, Im a whiteboi, my friends are bulgarian and spanish respectively. we get to this dodgy flat and theres a big fat dude in a vest, tatoo's all over and big gold chains. Its busker user's bro, theres a 'kinda' party going on I guess, two coke skanks just dancing in the living room, literal coke whores just there dancing, look like you'd catch an std just by looking at these whores. The evening progresses and we do some nice coke with these guys, get to drinking some more and chatting, my spanish not so good at the time, bulgarian user fucking non existant.

So we come to actually buying some after doing some rails and its busker user that hands us the baggie, from on his person.

How did you relapse after 14 months user. Legit curious. What were the circumstances? All best to you user. Its funny how i envy the state you are in and you envy the sober state im in.

Im dubious, but I think, oh, ill rack up a line with my buddies, make enough for all us including the gyppo's andpass it around, sure as anything, shit is definitely not the coke we were just sniffing, plate comes around to gypsy boss whos place it is, he looks in disgust and says no, and says he'll make some 'proper lines'.

Things start to get abit tense within half an hour I overhear spanish user saying something about the dancing girls to gypsy boss dude, gypsy dudes tone changes badly, things spiral rapidly out of control, shouting, screaming blah blah, a machete is drawn.

Busker user is telling us to leave, gives us a few bags of the 'notcoke' and is pushing us out the door and we high tail it out of town.

Anyway, one of many many very sketchy situations I put myself in after getting a little 'lit' and craving some coke, not to mention the amount of times ive been burned on fucking 'not drugs', ive spent a small fortune on not-coke coke, its stupid af.

Now like I say I have a trusted person I acquire from, its always very clean, high purity and reasonably priced, and I do 2wice, tops 3 times a year.

I know many people say this, and it may be true for some. Not for me though. I suspect if you are already an addict and have gotten a taste for drugs you will still have an abuse problem on meds. If you get on meds early before starting with drug abuse then maybe it can help you not falling into the drug abuse trap

The right dose makes adhders calm and collected, but a higher will give just the same speed effect normal people get

I was diagnosed last year too. I take concerta (the extended release) and it has helped me a lot. I have accomplished more in the last year than I had in the previous 4 years.

Can't speak for ritalin, but Vyvanse is a god-send. It has literally turned my life around 180 degrees in a few months.

i ran out of money. for 14 months i had ridiculous amounts of spending money. bought a new house for example and did it up. life was good enough (all thanks to XDN profits incidentally) that i didn't feel the need to be smashed. it was temporary. now i'm back here at home in hell, puking on and smashing up my new house.

i don't know if it's impossible for everyone to be sober, but for me it's a matter of life and death, yet i cannot stop. i think that's a fair definition of it not being my choice.

For me the relapse thing is triggered by something, usually a feeling of sadness, dissappointment, or something straightup catastrophic.

The best things are healthy distractions, going out to an activity place , the gym, just nature or a nice food place (that isnt a boozy place).

The problem with drugs and alcohol is the thirst for it overpowers everything else, you lose appreciation for life, and its this appreciation of life that is actually what gives you fulfilment to enjoy it.

An example, when on holiday in a hot climate, my thing sed to be just get shitfaced in the hot sun all day until I eventually black out.

Or alternately, I could be sober, eat a delicious icecream, go to the beach, have a swim, fuck around with a beach ball, snorkel, and finish up the day in a seafood restaurant eating the finer shellfish in life.

The thing with addiction is that we forget life is enjoyable without the substance, and the substance itself is a prison that makes us lose sight of appreciating just the small things in life.

I have a policy now that I am never drunk or stoned around my niece, never ever even when other adults drinking etc. Time with her is more precious that any degenerate activity I inflict on myself.
