6' 4" here. A lot less sex than I expected have an younger brother 2-3 inches taller and a older brother who is 6' 2". He has had the most sex out of all of us. I feel you on the joint pain and back pain and just pain. Some exercise (swimming in particular), eating healthy-ish, decent sleep (and one or two 20 minute naps a day) and stretching seem to help.
Recently started intermittent fasting (16/8) and it seems to help energy wise. Only concern is weight. Went from 165 down to 157-158 as of late. Used to be 142 about 10 years back with a low of 137.8.
