Maybe taller than average, so like 5'10 instead of 5'8. Once you start getting really tall, it becomes a liability because it's not as easy to conceal/cover yourself in a warzone. I knew a kid whose mom's boyfriend didn't get drafted for Vietnam because he was too tall, like 6'10 or some shit.

6' 4" here. A lot less sex than I expected have an younger brother 2-3 inches taller and a older brother who is 6' 2". He has had the most sex out of all of us. At least 5000% more than me and has turned down about 10000% more than me. He's also the most Chad like out of the two of us. Still, 0 STDs and 0 unexpected kids, so I'm cool with that.
I feel you on the joint pain and back pain and just pain. Some exercise (swimming in particular), eating healthy-ish, decent sleep (and one or two 20 minute naps a day) and stretching seem to help.
Recently started intermittent fasting (16/8) and it seems to help energy wise. Only concern is weight. Went from 165 down to 157-158 as of late. Used to be 142 about 10 years back with a low of 137.8.
