It's kind of funny/weird when you realize all these extremely intelligent and successful people, people that are firing at all cylinders at the highest level of whatever field they're working in, are still sexually inept freaks and have 0 (zero) useful input outside of the field they work in.
When you start to understand that, you start to understand why our world/country is so fucked up. Because people this smart like to think their knowledge applies across the board, but in reality they're savants who are extremely useful in one single field, and in regards to everything else they're the equivalent of a sexually perverted freak that society completely shuns - yet because of their success in that other field, society (sometimes) allows their degeneracy in the rest. this really speaks to me. i work as a technical assistent for a physics professor.
he is extremely intelligent when it comes to anything highly abstract (like mathmatics and quantum physics for example), there are lots of things he says I cant comprehend.
But the issue is, that, just like Stallman, he cant stop talking about politics and he has the typical german liberal (=commie) opinions.
For example once he said we need to think about if people who are against migration should have their human rights revoked, because being against foreigners shows that they arent even human.
Then when we discussed the death penalty once at lunch I said that I am for the death penalty because it would lower the murder rate significantly, because a lot of serial killers (like Breivik) want fame and they dont fear to go to jail, the only thing they fear is death because they cant appreciate their fame in death.
Of course like all liberals he said he is fundamentally against the death penalty - but 3 hours later he said that we should implement the death penalty for "climate change deniers".
This guy is a genius when it comes to math and physics but he is a total brainlet when it comes to anything else. He also calls himself a male feminist and is the biggest wimp when women are around but he has a wife and 3 kids (because he has a shitload of money), so he thinks he can give people advice about how to act around women. Total cringe.
