I agree that diversity is a strength, in the sense that it is important for every nation to preserve its own culture, so the whole word can remain diverse with people of different ethnicities and cultures, living in their own countries. The real strength of diversity comes from cultural exchange without exchanging the populations. A great idea can be brought from one country to the other without immigration. Travel and trade would still exist, even if every country went full ethno state. We could have all the benefits of diversity without any of the downsides.
