I used to drink them 1-2 energy drinks a day. Was way too much sugar. I usually have 1 a week now. I treat them like a treat, not a daily item. I mean, you wouldn't eat ice cream everyday either unless you're a landwhale fighting that good fight to get beetus.
Almost everything comes down to moderation and people that say you can't ever have X or Y or usually just retards with no self control.
Things like alcohol are a great example. Getting hammered on special occasions like birthdays or New Years isn't going to ruin your body (alcohol related accidents aside), but getting shmammered every Friday is going to take its toll.
