Atheists only share the same belief when it comes to creation and the fate of the universe. Those are scientific beliefs that theists share too. Atheists disagree on the other two, so there's no shared atheist belief on those topics.

Okay. I don't think that modern atheist's definition of atheism discounts them from being defined as a group of people with a shared belief of how the world around them is. A lack of belief in something necessitates the belief in its opposite unless specified, and if you specify that you do not believe in the non-existence of a God then that would make you agnostic but even this position could be likened to a religion.
