I suspect they are using stats collected from the number of people found guilty of a criminal offense who are migrants. If no one is caught and convicted then that crime can’t be registered as one committed by a migrant. From memory they managed to catch and convict only a small number of people for the cologne rapes so none of that would be included in the crime stats

in a country of 82 million, that is very few. Lets also look at the rest of your argument, you compare on night of the actions of a couple of thousands to all the crime committed by 80 million people over two years. Those muslims sure come out looking good
