It's probably the single middle-aged woman, your dad's sister, that shows up and constantly undermines him. He tells you to do something when you're a kid, and she'll pull you aside and give you like 50 bucks and tell some story about how he embarrassed himself when he was a kid. Notice how this post is written assuming the perspective of a niece or other naive young person, who is seeing this relatively older person act differently than the other adults. They seem more loose and fun (immature) than normal people that age, “cool!” She is drinking and just came back from Spain, wow that’s so exotic, thinks a 15 year old. It’s all an exterior appearance that can only hold up for a short period of time before her boring and banal life were revealed, so that “cool wine aunt” never sticks around the family too long. The young person from which this perspective is supposed to come from wouldn’t know, that’s why everything is suspicious. But, if that aunt were to stay any longer it would become obvious how pathetic and lonely their life actually is. And the selfishness, entitlement, and poor self-control that led to the life of the “cool wine aunt” would be revealed
