Tipping

literally what is the purpose of tipping? Im not paying the salaries for Schlomo Goldbergs employees. They can either ask for a raise or quit and find a different job

That's funny. In the U.S. Nigger (literal) NEVER tip. It's known and understood. That's why I can't understand why severs and bartenders ever wait on them.

A buck usually.

Lmao what? Go to the shithole in the strip mall and drink a 32oz beer for $4 and get some nice chicken wings for 8. The fuck are you larping as a 1%er? You’re no better than those peiple

This is just sad.

Protip: Most people who drink at home are depressed alcoholics. The only time you should be drinking at home is if you're throwing a party, and rarely do house parties exist, except for rich hipsters throwing rooftop parties, and celebrities having an orgy.

Tipping's retarded for food servers because there's almost no instance where a good server is going to make or break your meal unless it's a 4/5* restaurant.

At a bar on the other hand tipping allows you to
-Skip the line, the bartender will almost always go to you first. This looks especially good when you're with other people

-Get more alcohol for less money. If you start with a good tip they'll serve stronger drinks in the hopes you keep it up

-Flaunt Money (You aren't poor right?)

Your strategy should be a decent tip on the first drink, see how they respond on the next drink. And then determine future tipping from that

>Go to the shithole in the strip mall and drink a 32oz beer for $4 and get some nice chicken wings for 8. T

I'm not black.

a shitty bartender

>Go to a pub
>Pay 8$ for a bottle that they buy by the bulk for around 1-2$
>Somehow I'm supposed to also tip those faggots for doing their job
What's next? They gonna ask me 10 cents for the candle on the table? 1$ for listening to the music they are playing? How about they charge me the amount of money it costs to light up the pub while I stay there.

No, fuck that. I pay 8$ for a beer that costs 1$ at the grocery store, that is more than enough to pay your employees and your operating costs. The worst part is that they somehow expect a tip based on how much you spend. Holy shit, you bought the 16$ beer instead of the 8$ beer? Well even though I spend the same time pouring it, you gonna give me twice the tip for the "service" i gave you.

I usually tip depending on the service, and a flat rate. I usually tip 1$ for each person that is on my tab, that's it.

bar-tending is more like social scene that allows women to collect moneies as side benefits in addition to sex. It's not really a job
