Here's some advice from an user thats face-to-toe covered in tattoos, with piercings AND made most of his friends at local heavy metal shows growing up.

There are nice alternative girls that have tattoos, but they're much older with real adult problems to deal with. (Think 35+ years old). These are women with real life experience, who didn't follow trends and have tastes, passions and keyword: TALENTS of their own.

Young girls with tattoos are just as self-reflective and vapid as bleach blonde bimbos. It's just another way to accessorise yourself these days unfortunately. They "crowd hop" from trend to trend to stay in the now and their personality simply comes down to "people want to fuck me". I hate to say it being completely covered myself- stay away from younger people with tattoos. They're not worth it and most are striving for attention which means something is deeply wrong with them.

Also, i've got to say that the metalcore/emo culture has been dead for quite some time except maybe the extreme hot topic fans of bands that haven't broken up like black veil brides or whatever.

As for goth: Nobody wants to be seen with a rainbow-dreaded, gas masked wearing DUDE WEED fatty with a nightmare before Christmas hoodie. Goths are basically extinct.
