How do I find the perfect balance between not being a jerk who talks over women and other subconscious sexist behaviors, and not being a quiet weirdo around women in conversations and discussions?
Just pretend women are people and talk to them the same way. Also watch for reactions when you interrupt someone. If it was rude and it's something you do all the time, people will let you know with their looks.
Mansplaining is a totally different thing, and once again, just pretend that they are human and don't go all out explaining them stuff they would reasonably know unless they asked you too.
