Why do my feet hurt when I wear most shoes...

Why do my feet hurt when I wear most shoes. The picture with the red lines show where I feel pain when I run and walk long distances.
The shoes in the picture are my new beautiful shoes I bought that I really don't want to return.
What makes my feet hurt so bad.

I only wear work boots, sandals and vibram five fingers. I thought it would be nice to own some actual sneakers but since my feet are oddly shaped, it makes it hard to find one that is comfortable.

What's the problem here. Thanks

those look like fat feet

so I guess it's because you're fat

seriously though just get a different pair.
but those feet are weird

Unironically, are you fat? Being fat makes a huge difference to how much your feet hurt in various shoes.

Arch pain probably indicates a lack of support. Rigid shoes like work boots provide lots and that'd be why they don't hurt you. Typically I've also found sandals provide a lot of arch support for some reason.

You might be the type of person who needs to spend $200+ on sneakers to find a pair that are actually comfortable. Work/workout shoes definitely go up in comfort and finish as the price increases.

Also those shoes are ugly af, I hope you're not wearing them for fashion purposes.

You're feet hurt because they are wide and you are stuffing them into narrow Nike's

Hahaha fat feet. I'm built like a strongman but a bit fatter on the stomachs and tits. I can post body pics if you want. I just thought I wanted some shoes to train cardio so I ran today at my park through the rain and water. The cold helps me stay cool

Show me some wide sneakers then, pallio

Quick note. I've changed sized through my childhood (skinny and fat then to what I am not) but my feet have stayed the same shape.

Here's a thought.
I would go to skate rinks and the skates hurt more than anything and the guy at the counter said my feet would get used to them and they wouldn't hurt. I didn't skate long enough to test that.

Will my feet just adjust to shoes?

I skate and I can tell you that it only works that way a little bit. Skating is different because you use foot muscle for fine balance, and when you're starting out those muscles aren't used to being worked so hard and that's why they hurt after.

For the rest, it's just bad fit. Happens even with high quality skates and I've never figured out the difference between good skate boots and bad ones, especially since all of mine have come from the same company and have varied wildly in comfort levels.

If you're not used to running then yes your foot muscles will get a little more used to it, but shoes that fit properly will go much further for you.

So basically yes, you're fat. Running is very high impact especially when you're overweight.

fat, wide, flat

you have the worst possible genetic makeup for feet. I feel sick looking at them. anyway get custom made shoes.

This is unfortunate to hear. Sorry for showing you my feet.

Wear wide shoes, and possibly arch support.

Do you itch at all?

Those are running shoes user.

What other people said - you may be overweight and it looks like you have flat feet.

Wider shoes would probably make the flat foot worse.

Have you seen any men's streetwear trends?

Have you seen them excersizing in trendy shoes? Those shoes are made for excersize or comfort purposes not to get dates.

How is that? By not making his foot try to fold in on itself to fit inside?

No

Arch support etc.

Ok op sounds like you are a heavy set guy regardless of being fit or fat.
If you are excersizing then you should get shoes that give you support, not cushion.
Cushion style shoes only bring more stress on your feet because the wieght is shifted around so much on the cushion.

Get some support shoes that focus stepping on the arc on your foot.

You walk right now with no care to how you step with all your wieght in each step. This is due to poor posture and dragging your feet.

This style of shoe will help with excersize if you are jogging or walking all the time.
Your foot may take time adjusting but it works.
I was born with arthritis and I had terrible foot and joint pain, still do but mich less using shoes like this. Also dont tie your laces too tight as well. GOod Luck.

Because it allows the foot too much space to flatten out. He might need an arc support shoe that forces his foot to the arc. This is coming from a former flat foot.

>former

How is your foot no longer flat

You do know that there are "Wide" shoes, right?
Like, I wear a "10.5 Wide".

I found shoes for my foot. Thank you all for your help.
