You can blame it on us for not being "real men", but for the first 18 years of our life we recieved little guidance on how to become "real men" who can function well and talk to women. Most societies have "rights of passage", however that isn't true for many in America today. On top of that, most incels have been abused by normies growing up. It isn't just an issue of personal choice, but a personality developed through an unhealthy environment.
You can't just reiterate "haha incels are losers just try harder XD" to us, that's just going to make incels worse off. It reinforces their life experience of being treated like garbage.
That being said, I agree that incels are unhealthy and girls are reasonable for not wanting to date them. I technically fall under the definition of incel since I'm mid 20s with no GF. "Just being better" isn't enough, as an incel is deeply flawed and usually because of neglect/abuse/bad experiences.
The solution to inceldom is to seek therapy, try to integrate into society, and work towards becoming whole again. Having a GF is secondary, I don't think most incels are angry over their lack of a GF, but because they feel totally detached from any meaningful social bonds.

I have been receiving likes from a few women, both over 40, so I never responded, I am not lowering my standards that much. I want kids one day so I don't see the point of dating someone that old. So I don't get to the part where I can learn about her interests or stuff like that. I never get to talk to them. Am I too picky for not asking the 40 year olds out? Maybe, but I think I am better off without anyone in that scenario. I don't want to just find a virgin who magically waited to meet me. I just want somebody I can talk to, knowing they are on my side. A friend who wants to live with me and someone who will be happy when I do stuff for her or us.
