Use sunscreen every time you go outside (Don't overdo it) but stay in the shade for as long as you can, eat healthy and get a good amount of sleep, use moisturizer (taking care of your looks isn't "feminine" or "effeminate" so don't worry what other people say). Stay in shape, your face can be overlooked if you have a good body and personality. Some people like the older guy look though, and a lot of the times you can't help it because it's genetics.
