Bodyweight exercise isn't the same as (((gym))) exercise. Your body develops differently with weights compared to push ups and the like, and the weight ones can look weird at times. But not wanting to exercise is such a beta move, you are willingly making yourself weak and susceptible to abuse. Even if it does waste your life energy, why would you want to live a an ugly fat fuck or scrawny one for 100 years?
