first, if you tell a jury that you you've been holding onto videos of fucking her, you can just get the added charge of "revenge porn" that you're tried for, or it can be easily used to corroborate her story of you being creepy/weird/capable of rape, which is literally what OP is doing
second, if you lie in a court of law that you're not doing it for the possibility of getting revenge, which OP admitted that's what he's doing, that's perjury, an addition charge, and if you even fuck up your story once, you get two charges slapped onto you and evidence supporting her story that you're fucked up/capable of rape

If she really is that crazy and might try to bring you down on rape charges, having these files showing consensual sexual activities with her during that time period could save your life.
