Then talk to her about solving this issue. If she wouldn't like you to go with her, another person who'd feel more appropiate can go. And it's not about being allowed in the office, this person will just take 2 or 3 minutes in there with her and then leave, I think any office would allow that (except special forces, intelligence agency or something like that) What I mean is that the issue here is the ISOLATION, fix that and everything will be back as always.
