And if you can't do the time, don't do the crime, you know?

I mean I want to feel healthier in short time but honestly I can do it as long as it takes, because at this point am thinking that I should take care of my health more than I did in past few years

Lean meat, beans/lentils, rice, unprocessed fruits and vegetables. Learn to cook. Maximize this with lifting. Follow 80/20 rule so you don't get burnt out.

What your body needs is fresh fruit and vegetables and no not in juice form
Anytime you have a hard meal, be sure to have a huge bowl of salad with olive oil poured on top of it, anything goes
Meat fucks you up in the long run, you are what you eat so if you do decide for meat make sure its chickens from a local farm and not plant processed, try to get yourself something wild like elk or boars, avoid pork and beef
And go to Jow Forums just to see what the 'experts' have to say

No one thing will do this, but fruit and beans are way up there. I like pinto.

Ginger, eggs

My diet looks like this:
Porridge with blueberries and banana and 2 scoops of protein
Snack on some cashews
Pasta with tuna steak and vegetables
Spinach shake
Rice, veg and chicken breast
Another spinach shake
Cottage cheese before bed

Eggs, lean meat and fresh fruits and vegetables.

At least bookmark it for later, trust me on that.

His dietary advice is rather simple, it boils down to eating enough and avoiding PUFA (polyunsaturated fats) entirely. Which sounds simple but is a little tricky in practice.
