What to do in life when you've basically ruined your life and it's over? I'm 29, pretty much out of options in life and so far haven't enjoyed a second of it. First off, I have the typical "baww no gf" syndrome. I've never dated in my life and it's most likely I'll never get a girlfriend. I'm also picky by modern standards since not accepting thots is considered picky today.
My most burning issue is education, but it's tied to my loneliness. I decided to do something with my life, and actually got accepted to both med school and to study theoretical physics. Yeah, I didn't discover my scientific prowess until at 26, which is a shame. Anyway, I'm actually going to opt for theoretical physics instead of medicine. But this means I'll shatter all hope of getting women, money and fixing my social issues. Doctors have all, but women think physicists are pathetic, fat nerds. The truth is, physicists are epic as fucc, but society doesn't see it that way. So I'm going to do the noblest thing ever and give my body and soul to the universe itself and study physics, discarding worldly fame and glory. Feels bad, man. I wonder how many times during the following years I'll be telling myself "I could've been that guy" when women drool over med students with half my IQ. Thinking of myself as an unemployed virgin physicist at 40 makes me melancholic.
hey, femanon here. i just wanna let you know that even though things seem bad right now, you should most certainly follow your heart. if you want to become a physicist, do it! you're going to find someone regardless of what you do- i can already tell you have a superb personality. and, just to let you know, girls are really into smart guys. if i knew you irl, i'd def be into you. guys with a drive for science are incredible.

>never had gf How many girls have you asked on date this year? >inb4 another fucking frog picture Dancing lessons
Rest of your post is garbage. Pure garbage. To question >what do you do for living You will simply reply you do crazy physic experiments and you get paid for it.
Another sad thing about STEM is that no women study it. Most people find their soulmates in uni but if you study math or physics you either go gay or stay alone, since absolutely no women study STEM. And if there's that one hot girl actually studying STEM you're competing for her against the entire population of Earth. Funny. Man studying physics = meh. Woman studying physics = 11/10 goddess.
>you sound salty bro Try loneliness for 3 decades. It's amazing I'm this composed.
Cameron Williams
>you're not putting in the effort
True, most guys aren't. But I think I am, even though I completely gave up on Tinder after spending 3 years there with nothing. I'm not shy, quite the opposite really, but I just can't be natural when it comes to talking with girls, you know. How could I? Imagine fishing for a decade. When you're finally getting a bite, could you keep your cool? No, you know how much is at stake, so you freak out and fuck up.
>How many girls have you asked on date this year? It's only the beginning of 2019 but I'd say a few, in an anime convention. 99% of the girls are taken or "taken" just to get rid of me.

>Because y ou don't put it the effort It's true but it's wrong A lot of people did not have any effort to do Some just enjoy the company of other Other are just plain lucky (my dad met my mother at 15) Life is extremely unfair and some people will get handed everything while other like anons who had trouble finding his way and end up liking a non glamorous subject will have it mostly harder than other (and don't even get me started on his hideous face.Haha JK user) You can also end up in a class and befriend guys who'll pull you up or end up with a group that drag you down. Some people will have horrible morals and abuse of every shortcuts in life whitout ever being caught and when they do they'll just ask for forgiveness
Life is horribly fucking unfair and there is no absolute justice. To reduce it to people not trying is horribly wrong and dishonest

>anime conventions That isnt dancing lessons nor bar, places people actually go to meet somebody.
Your other option is to lower your standards. Fat people and single moms want love as well.
Not everyone can just show up for a dance lesson, pretend to care about it and get a gf. There are many things I want to do, but learning hip hop is not one of them. I am not that thirsty.

Shut the fuck up and take control of your own life! Read Nietzsche if you need help being your own person and shaping your future to what you want.
>not accepting thots is considered picky today This generation is having less casual sex than the previous ones. But don't let facts get in the way of your incel bawwwing.
David King
What effort is the truth hole speaking of?
Leo Ward
Pretending to be someone girls like.
Robert Stewart
Okay, mate. I’m looking for more of an exact answer or a list of things that the hole could be refering to. Thanks in advance, cowboy.
Nicholas Carter
pretending to be into dance lessons.
Jacob Morris
How many girls have you asked on date? That is the effort.
Easy goes it, amigo. I know how to Waltz and Tango, guv, but the ladies don’t often jive up to it, ya dig? If all the effort was dancing, the whole world would be out on the street with Bowie and Jagger, smellin’ what I’m steppin’ in?
William Lopez
Asking someone out is effort? I’ll keep that in mind, cat, but riddle me this: asking is the easiest part, palzo. The answer in numerical value: let’s say a dozen, cowboy, and the dates don’t roll in accordingly.

>women think physicists are pathetic, fat nerds >Another sad thing about STEM is that no women study it.
Sounds like you've got quite a complex. I'm about to finish my undergrad and going for a PhD in physics as well - and women find it attractive, if sometimes a little intimidating. Why? Because I perceive it in myself as attractive. So I radiate confidence about it, and girls find it appealing that I'm "smart" and that I "know what I want to do."
BTW, all the STEM girls are in Bio and Applied Math - hope you like Asian girls.
Angel Nguyen
>This generation is having less casual sex than the previous ones. I highly doubt that, since religion used to be a thing back in the day and Tinder didn't. Personally I wouldn't even accept a girl who's had sex before. You're going to tell me this is a sick way of seeing things but really, if a virgin guy wants a virgin girl, isn't it the most logical thing to be thinking? In this day and age of casual sex we've accepted that a cute virgin girl is so divine, rare and out of reach, but seriously, in 1920 that was the average girl anyone could get. They were so common it was probably boring even. Every girl was a religious prude. Now girls like that are considered the best of the best, since virginity is scarce. We're just lowering our standards.
>BTW, all the STEM girls are in Bio
Lol, so true. Why is it that girls have to make everything about humans? Even in science it has to be somewhat connected to mammal socializing. I want my science to be as abstract as possible.
Julian Flores
Rates of STDs are at the highest they’ve ever been, Pocahontas.
Ryan Williams
Both things are true. There's a minority of people having more casual sex than ever, while over the whole population the rate has gone down.
The rise in STD's is also partially attributable to people becoming much more complacent about safe sex since HIV has become so much more treatable. Condom use has plummeted drastically.
Owen Robinson
You think that lower rates of casual sex might have to do with an aging population? Pretty much everyone 15-30 has sex.
