I'm a 125-130 IQ faggot, I don't think I am a genius.
However, I live in a country where the average person is 84. I normally see people around me has always complimented me since I had memory because I was the smart kid in school. Eventually I was bullied because of this, but when I growed up I started to notice that people struggled to understand basic concepts for me seems really easy, like people struggling to understand if a TV remote control having two sides so you need to press two buttons to switch the function, this is too hard to understand for people around me, some years ago it was just a button on the tv controls, but now controls come with two buttons.
I've started to notice details like that. A lady next door sent me her daughter with her algebra problem, and it was baby tier for me and even when I tried to explain it in the simplest term, I realized it was a waste of time trying to teach her algebra and her only function at life would be to try to be a mother, have some babies and learn to clean the dishes. I'm not telling this because I hate her, but because I seriously think she's not smart enough to do anything useful.
The more and more I analyze the people that surrounds me, I can't stop but wonder how it will be to live with low IQ, and it feels like trying to imagine yourself being a manlet while you're 6" tall and your country is manlet as fuck.
I don't think I am superior, however I've noticed people around me lacks any critical thinking or skeptical rationale and they're just, dunno how to put, some kind of funtional animal, literally believing in magic and that their thoughts or praying has any real effect on shit like cancer. Not going fedora because I believe there's some evidence for reincarnations and shit.
In the end, I feel like I don't belong here, maybe I would have better success if I were in some college setting, but even college people are retarded as fuck here.
brain drain OP. Leave there and go to the best school you can or go online and learn. Then you can do online work or go get a scholarship away from your nigger country. The western countries are always trying to scope you guys, are you in Nigeria?

south america.
my dream is to make games and do art, hopefully for me, is much better if I just live here and get those steam dollars, maybe making a patreon.
even 30k which is a low number for an indie steam game would make me live like a king here.
I'm in college in software engineering. I feel you. Most of my peers are really struggling to grasps the different concepts we learn and I often have a very easy time with classes that everyone else find very hard.
Personally, I try to become friends with people who appear to be "at my level" to not be disinterested, I thank God for not struggling where others do, and I try to help other people when I can.

You belittle some girl because she can't solve an algebra question and can't even formulate a proper conditional sentence? And you really think being smarter than everyone else feels the same as being taller than everyone else?

Much higher IQ than you and taller than six feet. You are spot on. I live in manletville, half midget goblins straight from some Aztec village. Today in the grocery store five people appolgized to me one twice for no reason they are in a daze and suddenly become aware that they are in a public place blocking movement. The whites who live here are dregs too but the aztecs look at me like they think I am a higher species. You are right about college people too they are retarded and believe whatever they are told. We need our own country

If you were actually smart you would be able to avoid getting bullied

NO you guys only isolated yourself from others, and got this personality where you think you are superior to other, no high IQ person would use words such a manlet or even browse Jow Forums, they are building society and have a lot of friends, for example, imagine a person with a lot of money or talent, people want to be around them, same is with smart folks
And there is that your mentality, here you are trying to prove to me that I am wrong just because you are a Mensa member
Ok you do know Mensa test is childishly easy, right? You yourself said that you don't believe you are a genius, but now you show this... hmmm I call this my friend, a contradiction.
Smart people read books too, they consume knowledge like a sponge, if you were even close to smart you wouldn't even asking this, kek.
Imagine being this dumb. Syphillis Weiner think you should join Mensa tfw user is two smart to understand sarcasm

175 IQ here. You're just going to have to get used to it. It's a very rare pleasure to meet someone smarter than me, like finding an adult in a world of children.
There are people out there who are your equals, and until or unless you find them, you won't know what it's like to have "real friends" or a real cure for the loneliness. Hang on until you can meet them. They're lonely, too.
>I live in a country where the average person is 84 Dude I also live in France. I feel your pain...
I understand OP. Remember that your place in society is small and you are born to lead. You may not feel like being a leader, it may seem stressful and hopeless, but the dumb NEED TO BE guided by the smart. You may not be Elon Musk, but you have a place in the world and you need to find it.
Luckily for you, your intelligence will reward you with great wealth. Being that much higher over everyone around you will make competition a fool's game, you can reach for whatever fruit you want. So first find your own personal purpose in life, then learn to live it, then learn to fit into society and accept the rewards of it (wealth) while leading others.
That's what I resigned to do.

I love how you turn up in every IQ thread. Like your the only tripfag who can handle the geniuses who need advice.
>no high IQ person would use words such a manlet or even browse Jow Forums, they are building society and have a lot of friends, for example, imagine a person with a lot of money or talent, people want to be around them, same is with smart folks I have never felt so motivated to leave this site.
But I have to disagree, I have earned some incredibly brilliant ideas form Jow Forums and a lot of insight and help in life. I mean yeah; maybe it would come from other places if I wasn't here, but I don't think Jow Forums is an impairment to success.

>Mensa test is childishly easy, right? Is it? I've been thinking about attempting to join. I doubt I'm smart enough though. I think they look for top 2% and I'm not even close to that

>175 IQ here. Get off Jow Forums Elon, you have work to do.

Goleman's book, Emotional Intelligence, holds some valuable lessons as we attempt to design more effective educational programs. Goleman takes a more holistic approach to defining intelligence than the traditional IQ, which focuses on cognitive intelligence. By incorporating the cognitive and affective dimensions of intelligence, he demonstrates that, to be successful in life, it takes more than just being "smart". We are all aware of "smart" students who flunk out of college, or those who graduate near the top of their class only to be a failure in the work place. Goleman shows that the seeds of what he calls emotional intelligence are sown early in life, and affect not only how the person gets along with others, but also how they succeed in academic pursuits. In contrast to cognitive intelligence, which is "God given", emotional intelligence can be strengthened later in life with proper tutoring and commitment. Goleman's ideas are a valuable complement to the author's earlier studies of Perry's model of intellectual and ethical development in college students. This paper describes Goleman's hypotheses and suggests how they might impact technical education. yeah i am just average and i would pass, you can take their test online >But I have to disagree, I have earned some incredibly brilliant ideas form Jow Forums and a lot of insight and help in life.
