>Sunland Police Chief (((Javier Guerra))) cautioned the group that it will take action against members who point guns at immigrants. "We can arrest them for assault," he said.

i wonder how much the cartels pay him.

What did they actually arrest that guy for?

i guess he had a prior felony conviction on his record. its illegal for convicted felons to own a firearm.

(but some states allow for restoration of rights to gun ownership)

>i wonder how much the cartels pay him.
This.
Dude is obviously on the pay roll, and if he isn't he is retarded.

Wrong.

FYI this is a different story than the leader getting arrested this weekend. the group has now taken down their camp as well.

Not exactly. A state felony conviction can be overturned and your rights can be reinstated but a federal felony cannot.

Who exactly is the victim? Who, legally, is the plaintiff in this situation? These people have no fucking documents and aren't American citizens. What, instead of John Doe the plaintiff is Jose Doez? Give me a fucking break, shit like this is exactly, EXACTLY, why traitors need to hang first. Fuck any police or judges that interrupt these Patriots from doing what they are doing.
