>An armed group that has been patrolling the U.S.-Mexico border left its post in the New Mexico desert Tuesday amid pressure from law enforcement following videos that showed militia members stopping migrants who had illegally crossed into the country.
>Sunland Police Chief (((Javier Guerra))) cautioned the group that it will take action against members who point guns at immigrants. "We can arrest them for assault," he said.
i wonder how much the cartels pay him.
Kayden Reyes
What did they actually arrest that guy for?
Aiden Reed
i guess he had a prior felony conviction on his record. its illegal for convicted felons to own a firearm.
Justin Nelson
(but some states allow for restoration of rights to gun ownership)
Benjamin Barnes
>i wonder how much the cartels pay him. This. Dude is obviously on the pay roll, and if he isn't he is retarded.
Kevin Gutierrez
Wrong.
Kayden Martinez
FYI this is a different story than the leader getting arrested this weekend. the group has now taken down their camp as well.
Jordan Myers
Not exactly. A state felony conviction can be overturned and your rights can be reinstated but a federal felony cannot.
Evan Morales
>assualt Who exactly is the victim? Who, legally, is the plaintiff in this situation? These people have no fucking documents and aren't American citizens. What, instead of John Doe the plaintiff is Jose Doez? Give me a fucking break, shit like this is exactly, EXACTLY, why traitors need to hang first. Fuck any police or judges that interrupt these Patriots from doing what they are doing.
Brody Sanchez
actually you can apply to the ATF to have the tights restored--but the ATF never processes the paperwork, and hasnt done so for like 25 years. lol
Zachary Harris
Americans... Doing the jobs their government just won't do.
Nathan Clark
Laws? Excuse me, but these people are being arrested for stopping invaders from entering their country.
We're way past "laws" at this point.
Nathaniel Scott
They are moving to another location. They were "trespassing" on private property when crossing a nearby railroad.
Remember: media is pressuring them intensely to go home because they are afraid of militia actions growing.
Jacob Foster
>Union Pacific Railroad said the group crossed its land to access the site and requested that the group not trespass onto its property.
>City spokesman Peter Ibaro said that police helped the railroad remove the group by 3:45 p.m. after they installed no trespassing signs. By Tuesday afternoon, all that remained at the encampment was a trailer.
YOU CAN'T CROSS OUT RAILROAD LINE. THATS TRESPASSING! THOSE PEOPLE ENTERING YOUR COUNTRY ILLEGAL ARE NO TRESPASSING--THEY ARE JUST UNDOCUMENTED ASYLUM SEEKERS!!
If Trump wasn't a cuck, he'd pardon these guys. But Trump is a cuck, so he won't.
Jaxson Allen
>migrants who had illegally crossed into the country.
happens all the time on social media.
Cooper Long
Did they seperate them from their familes?
Jose Gutierrez
Isn't that what jail is - a place to separate suspects from the outside world?
Levi Perry
Do you guys have any idea from somebody like me who has been to Mexican border multiple times do you have any idea how powerful the cartels are? The FBI local police and DHS employees are on the payroll for hundreds of thousands of dollars the FBI and these so call Government employees are all cashing in big time lot of them retire early then move on to work for the CIA to push more drugs in to fund “startups” if you catch my drift
Meanwhile the mexican military disarms our soldiers and allows a caravan to pass on our land.
wtf is going on?
Connor Hughes
If they are outside us law then they cant be touched for crossing the border Excelkent argument
Leo Kelly
Southxit happened and theres no reason for them to uphold neocon policies
Carter Taylor
The alt right wins again this will just make more people vote Republican
Owen Rogers
Vote Republican Support armed felons today!
Blake Martinez
So much second amendment for that.
Xavier Collins
This country was literally created when a militia shot at invading foreigners crossing a bridge at Lexington.
Dont fall for this propaganda. A militia is exactly what we need right now
Tyler Hughes
Except that doesn't make sense. What you should say is: since they are crossing the border without permission, they are by default an aggressive force and should be treated as such.
Angel Allen
Kill the subversive spic and his ilk
Luke Rodriguez
Borders dont exist without a legal framework to define them. They're ghosts untouchable since us law only applies to Americans Good luck convincing congress to issue a decleration of war
William Garcia
>be in a militia >cuck out to law enforcement lmao
Sebastian Miller
protecting your country/family or anything will get you arrested? MAGA!! America the free!
Gabriel Green
>arrested for pointing guns So chop their fucking heads off, instead
Parker Evans
Tfw Preston Garvey would protect your country better than it's own government
>the second amendment clearly only affords the right to bear arms to militias *forms a militia* >h hey what are you doing?! You can’t do that!
Levi Morgan
That doen't matter, laws still apply to foreign people inside the US. No country on earth would function if you could just walk up and assault and murder sailors delivering goods from abroad and tourist with impunity.
Aaron Harris
Will they fight this legally?
Xavier Morris
They want gun bans and reeeeee at the second amendment working as intended because they know they are part of the group that is at the wrong end of the barrel if Americans decide to go full 1776 again. If the government would just do it's job, the people of this country would be valued by the govt and elected officials would keep their promises there be zero reason for that militia to even form to begin with. All they have to do is enforce the fucking laws and none of this even happens to begin with. They are shooting themselves in the foot because as things get worse for Americans, the govt continues to be ineffective and burdensome to live under this will only get worse and eventually someone is going to take a swing at them in a meaningful way. Then they'll try to crackdown thinking people still value their judgement, but in reality it'll be game over for them on that day if they double down.
>and we take more of your land. Oh you wish niggerlover i know you mutts salivate thinking you will absorb mexico or baja at the very least BUT NEVEREVER If anything it will be the other way around we will take back what is ours :^)
Carter Hernandez
Yeah I have a feeling the militia isn't going to stop just because they're afraid to cross a railroad track...
Also, posting "no trespassing" signs doesn't apply to law enforcement when crossing private property is necessary in the service of performing their duties.
The militia is the highest form of law enforcement codified in both the State and Federal Constitutions and other enforcement agencies draw powers lawfully from those same powers that enable the militia. Supremacy in law is a big thing...
Levi Butler
You are wrong. They may not be absolute rights, but they can apply for restoration in many states, especially if the underlying felony was not inherently dangerous.
