Also, posting "no trespassing" signs doesn't apply to law enforcement when crossing private property is necessary in the service of performing their duties.
The militia is the highest form of law enforcement codified in both the State and Federal Constitutions and other enforcement agencies draw powers lawfully from those same powers that enable the militia. Supremacy in law is a big thing...
You are wrong. They may not be absolute rights, but they can apply for restoration in many states, especially if the underlying felony was not inherently dangerous.
