Nice man, UCF fraternity life doesn't hold a candle to UF or FSU honestly. Since we're newer and the fraternities don't have the same pull, the school had a lot of power over us. One of the few unique positives we had were dirt-cheap college bars (basically free drinks every single night) and the downtown scene was solid for socials and the like.
Enjoy it while it lasts bud, there's nothing like the college years and active fraternity life.

Nazis never took over the private industry, but rather competed with it, so it effectively boosted the economy. It was literally a state capitalism with private sector allowed to operate as well. Only guidelines and rules were enacted so all they produced was for the prosperity for common citizen. So no exploitation by monopolies was allowed. If anything, nazi germany helped create competition which is important in capitalism, I.E enforced free market and regulated/taxed and later subsidized the competition limiting consolidation of market power by big, already established ((industries)), and removed the central bank leadership.

The Soviet Union was, at the very least, actively striving to be socialist and it their stated policy was to be socialist (which instantly differentiates them from Nazi Germany). Some may argue as to whether they "fully succeeded" or were "state capitalist" in practice (due to relying on centralized, bureaucratic control by a select group of technocrats acting as "trustees" of the people, rather than a working system of democratic control) but that is highly irrelevant to the overall question. It was a command economy, and the means of production (as a whole, this is key) were managed by the state (the people), which is the cornerstone of socialist thought and theory. tl;dr The USSR was essentially socialist, and saying it wasn't is usually people just splitting hairs or being disingenuous. -National Socialism is race/nation above all. -Socialism is equality above all -Libertarianism is freedom above all. -Fascism is the state above all.
Knowing this, we can absolutely say that the two systems (Nat Soc and Socialism) are enormously different, their core principles and aims are different, which would make them....different.
