You're correct. It's a Ruger Mini-14 model 5847, in a Clyde Armory SCAR chassis, with a M14 EBR butt stock permanently welded on (still adjustable).
It's heavy, but reliable. Sub-MoA at 110 yards with 62 grain bullets.
