Hypothetical say you were in an active shooter situation but not the target. Easy enough example you're waiting in line at a bank and 2 men walk in with skis masks and shot guns and sweep the room demanding everyone get on the floor. One man is covers the whole room leaving you unattended for 3-5 seconds at a time as he scans. Other robber has his back turn and is shoving his weapon into a female clerks face becoming increasingly agitated because she cannot open the safe.
You'll more then likely survive this situation and probably not even have any of your own belongings taken. Yet someone else's life is in danger in an escalating event. Would you use your concealed carry weapon to eliminate the threats or just wait it out? Curious if Jow Forums carries for themselves or if Jow Forums wants to be big damn heroes.
You only fight when you can't flee. Because you obviously cannot leave for the time being and the situation is obviously going to escalate anyways, the solution is to open fire.

I think deep down we all just hope for the opportunity to fuck some shit up some day. I'd open fire. Not because I value another victim's life more than my own, but because I don't value my life, and I would either die or gain a new experience. I'd probably shoot them as they walk out, because they'd be much closer together, making for an easier shot. Shooting them while one does crowd control and the other does the gibsmedats would probably end up in me getting shot, no matter which one of them I shoot first. If absolutely had to shoot, because the gibsmedats guy was very likely to shoot the clerk, I'd go for the crowd control guy first, because the putthemoneyinthebag guy would have to turn around, allowing me to line up a better shot, and not get me shot instantly
