Here's a picture of some of the Tanks I help restore. I can post more if youd like.

Did someone call AAA?

Oh yes keep going, even though you're giving me Flashbacks to the times when the soviets were blatantly OP in War Thunder

Here's a picture of myself from Tank school three years ago out in Boise, ID

Attached: FB_IMG_1514742794182.jpg (540x960, 59K)

When did they stop being OP? Because the bIaS-6 is still very much OP.

Here's a pretty good one. Do you think I can swap this into my Civic?

Here's a picture of some tanks Boresighting before last years gunnery.

I didn't choose the Stug Life. The Stug Life chose me. Is anyone still here or nah?

Attached: 20170405_170613.jpg (5312x2988, 2.28M)

Yes. Keep posting.

finally something to shut up the LS fags

They never truly stopped, it's just not as bad as it used to. The T-34 used to be able to turn it's turret faster than the Pz. IV, Panther and Tiger I, despite it being a hand-cranked turret without a basket. The T-34/76 also sometimes pen'd the Tiger I frontally, which is bullshit, both historically and balance-wise. At least this ceased I guess

Yes, do continue

Here's a good one of a Panther. Sorry I suck ass at taking pictures.

Attached: 20170405_170448.jpg (5312x2988, 1.81M)

Here's a good one of a T-34. You dont realize how small it is until you see it up close.

Attached: 20170405_170607.jpg (5312x2988, 2.21M)

yeah, i never got the scale. I'm tiny and i still had difficulties fitting inside

Here, have a Panther from ye olde days

Attached: Panther chillin.png (1685x1052, 2.01M)

What's with the solid brown colour on it?

I'm just under 6'5'' and tried crawling into a JgPz 38(t) (or a Hetzer for faggots who don't know their Panzers) once. I've never been more cramped in my life. T34 was actually comfy in comparison

I'd imagine its rusted. These are all tanks that got moved down to Ft. Benning when the Armor School came down here. So most of them are down here rusting away until they can get the funds to build a proper museum for them.

>mug vidya

Ohh shit I didn't mean to post that picture. Oh well, the joke there is, it's two Swedish Tanks side by side.

These are all russian though? Do you live in Russia? Either way, post more tanks, preferably the insides, since we dont see that often. Thanks in advance

well. i'm standing a foot shorter than you are. and still had issues with T-34. It was the 85 model as well, so wasnt even the small turret

also, god damn the people who work in museums like this light up when you speak to them. A whole museum, easily 50 vehicles inside. Hell, i believe its the biggest armor museum in northern europe. And it was like, ten people there. It's kinda sad

Primer

Here is a Sherman we were working on last year.

Attached: 20170405_170732.jpg (5312x2988, 2.05M)

Do they fear the gun either dropping, or people smacking their dumb heads on them?

It's not solid brown, it's the non-corrosive primer the germans undercoated their tanks with. I have no idea what it was, but from it's color and purpose I assume it's some kind of red lead

Well in general you're not supposed to walk under the gun tube of a tank, just in case the hydraulics give out. I mean the likely good of that actually happening, I'd imagine is slim. But it would be an unpleasant experience regardless.

Ever seen it happen yourself?

I honestly dont know why this picture is being posted again and again. Dont you guys see that this is a 1/16 or 1/6 scale model???

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (3000x1996, 793K)

Not personally, no. Craziest thing I've seen is someone get their Knee Cap shattered by an Aft Cap.

Attached: 20170405_170541.jpg (5312x2988, 2.39M)

Standing right behind the breach?

I recognise every single one of the writings, bits and and parts from building a scale model. Seeing how close I got to the real thing is putting a real sense of accomplishment into me

breech*

>*breaks down*
shitty tonk

I'm happy I could give you that friendo

Get out of here with your memes were having a good thread.

Keep it up. My grandfather used to restore tanks and other military hardware. He had a fuck amphibious barge, a few Scammels, some old tank that he let me ride about in when I was a child, a German half track, was offered a spitfire but had no room for it and some flamethrowers.

Here’s an amphibious variant of the series 2 Land Rover. In particular the “lightweight” model, designed for air transport.

At least they broke down for a reason, unlike some allied tanks, which just killed themselves for no reason like a whore on a heroin overdose

You at the armor museum in benning? That place is my mecca. Only got to see it from afar while riding the shuttle to 30th in basic. Would have fucking killed to go in.

Lurking

One of these is an easy 6, the other one an easy 8. I just never know which is which...

It can still pen it frontally.
If your T34-76 barrel is point blank and hitting the upper glacias with an solid ap round.
102mm front vs 105mm of pen
Its a game figure it up wehraboo and stop crying. You got plenty of good tanks and still you guys cry

Is that an IS-3 gib pictures of pikey nosey please
Also inside

Yeah, point blank it's possible. But from 100 meters and up? No way. Also not a Wehraboo, switched to the 56% Army. Was playing Germans because their tonks are generally regarded as good. And I gave up on crying long ago and started embracing little Ivans assraping club

is this real picture or is it just model?
i doubt they'd strap a fucking ladder to a tank

I dunno man, if it's a model it's a damn good one with a pretty convincing shot. I assume it's real, but the way the snow on the track looks is putting me off. They did strap ladders to tanks, at least I've seen some Panther with ladders strapped to them

When I get home I'll post you my t3485 and bIaS-2 k/d both above 2

Also my Tiger 1 and Panther D/A have a similar k/d but my German win ratios are low as fuck as rarely anyone knows how and when to play each tank. (I blame the easy to get tiger 1 and most new players jumping on the german tech tree)

Op said, as long as it looks good. Are you trying to tell me that model doesn't look good? Are you, NIGGA?

MY DICK

Attached: erection.jpg (1280x960, 392K)

420mm blaze it faggot.

Fuck tanks i want one of them armored crane things

>rap ladders to tanks, at least I've seen so
It is a model. There are too many random details which don't make sense.
Most importantly the total lack of those track covers.

I want to be driven over by one of those. Just end me already

>Are you, NIGGA?

Mane, pic related is my work - 1/35 though. Of course the model in OP's pic looks good. Although the setting still makes it recognizable as a model

Abrams got introduced and shits on all the soviet stuff big time

>not the M10
There's a reason the Germans avoided the TD Battalions.
