This is how i would design a tank if i had limited funds, time and my autist mind uninterrupted
The body would have the Armata configuration of three crewman in one line in a heavy armored capsule. Beyond that it would only have 14.5mm protection 360 degrees around. The body would be low, the suspension could slam the tank to the ground, and it would have the front digger tool like the T-72.
The gun would be a 125mm, thin and tall unmanned turret with a coax 12.7 machine gun. It would have an insanely fast autoloader and it could perform both direct fire and replace howitzers and mortars. The rate of fire would compensate for the lack of caliber, kind of like the Amos.
Would have every imaginable anti AGTM countermeasure, as it wouldn't really have armor, and would stay away from the front line, relying on mad optics and, Refleks type long range AT rounds but would mostly spend its time shelling troops with "simultaneous impact" 5 shell bursts.

I don't see why not. Besides, i think that up to 7km, mass shelling with cheap 120mm mortat type rounds would be effective, and for 25km, the guided Excalibur rounds are king, so in both cases a precise gun is not really needed. Same for the reflex antitank.
That's the general idea, just brand new with more sophistication. I also had a typo, i meant to say limitless budged, not limited.
True, that's why i said this thing would keep away form the front lines and be in cover or at least camo netting whenever a target is not presented. Would always attempt to hit enemy armor with Guided Reflex rounds at 4+ km, where it should be mostly safe form kinetic rounds. The armor would serve to protect from artillery shrapnel, .50 cal snipers and maybe some stray flanking squads
