The FGR4 is supposed to make the Typhoon the equal in ground attack of the Tornado whose role it is eventually to replace, and therefore of the F-15E/Su-34.

The Typhoon and F-15E aren't even in the same class. I don't mean that in the sense that the F-15E totally outclasses the Typhoon, but in the sense that the typhoon is a medium weight aircraft while the F-15E and Su-34 are heavies.
