I have no problem already having a poor relationship with my dad, I don't need to beat him down about a rifle I missed out on a decade ago. Besides, he is basically homeless and there is literally no way I could ever expect him to get me a rifle like that, unless it was stolen. Sometimes you need to forgive and forget. I hang out with my dad when it's possible, but I don't like to shoot with him since it brings up bad memories, even though he has changed his mind about guns in the last few years.
