getting tired of hitting a paper target and instead hitting the 1" strip of wood that made up the frame at 50 yards with a Nugget

Shooting a pig at 500ish yards with my Bushmaster E2S 20" with M855.

>range charges $20/person for 1hr
>nobody else there
>RO constantly reminding us how much time we have left
>no more than 1 bullet every 10s
>shoot out all target stands before leaving

nice. where did you have to hold on him?

5 of these are from my 308 at 1300 yards with a 7ish mph cross wind
> others are 260 and 338

Irons, adjusted for range, no value, just above his back. M855 tumbled pretty well, didn't frag but exited leaving a thumb width wound track.

12" plate at 450 yards with a 300wm first shot ever

Bolt gun? What the fuck bullet were you using? I'd hate to think of the COAL of your load.

damn my range is $8 all day

Series High Expert, 245 out of 250, KD Course Parris Island 1987, December 23. As a prize for being number one, I spent about 45 minutes getting dug on the quarter deck for not shooting a 250 and being from New York.

5 out of 6 shots on 4 inch at 200 yards (give or take a few feet) with a ruger red hawk in .44 mag with open irons

standing?

Yes, I find it really awkward to shoot handguns from the bench or prone.

damn my range fee is a donation box at the entrance

damn my range is soda cans and a trash bag before i drive to the desert

damn my range is my backyard

Bullseye with a .22 from 100 yd out

That was a good day

Damn my range is my shower drain and seeing if i can grt my jizz right down it.

T H I S
Rural master race. Also my proudest shooting accomplishment was killing a squirrel at 50 yards with my 9mm P226, and tagging a running squirrel at 60 yards with a 12 gauge slug.

Got bored of shooting flies on targets at 100M with 22LR

To shoot flies reliably @100M with 22LR you require one cz452, silencer eley 40 grain HP subsonics, a 10-40x50 scope and a pillar bedding job. Will also shoot soft drink cans at 200, checking rim thickness and sorting ammo along with eliminating barrel harmonics via attaching weights to the silencer using a pipe clamp will get you there, use a spirit level float below the scope to check canting.

>shooting flies at 100 meters with a 22LR and subsonic ammo
Bullshit.

r u me?

id buy it, eley ammo is immaculate, those target boys nail it into one hole at 100 meters shot after shot after shot, and the 452 is a fantastic little gun, mine was my first rifle

Killed 8 people with one magazine... before I loaded it.

indoor maybe. watched a 250/250 guy shoot 210/250 with a .22lr just because of wind and because .22 ammo is shit

Turned an SJW into a fudd, into a threeper and then into a Jow Forums tripfag in one range session... we only used bayonets

1. Shooting 184/200 with my stock Glock 34 at my first club championship and placing second after the president with his Sig 210 and turning everyone from "haha you can't hit anything with Tupperware anyways" to "imagine if you had brought a real gun"

2. 7mm 3-shot group at 100m during load testing

3. Shooting 300m for the first time at a match and getting 288/300 with lots of X's, putting me one point away from 3rd place. That was a regional match, now I'm training to see how far I can get at the (albeit European) national level in my second year of owning firearms.
Really any time I take out my Tikka and know that if I don't jerk the rifle off target it will look something like OP's pic is a really good feeling, punching Xs all day as long as I'm concentrated

Pic is said 3 shot group from load testing

indoor maybe with .22lr

I've made so many crazy crack shots on the digger squirrels around my barn over the years, but the one that stands out was shooting a squirrel that was mid-air leaping from a 6' fence post to run back to his hole. I was using a Ruger mkII and was about 30 feet away, it leapt with a lot of energy, then I hit it in the middle of its "flying" pose mid-air and it just crumpled on the landing.
pic semi-related, these are the fuckers

Restored an original milsurp Mosin nagant into an obrez and recreated every shot made by Chris Kyle... using standard Soviet surplus ammo

Shot a squirrel at 50 yards, healed it using my advanced paramedic skills, taught it how to kill with its bare paws and sent it on a mission to kill every red-tipped pigeon in North America... which is why you never heard of the red-tipped pigeon... or the squirrel.

Effectively used coriolis effect and spin drift... with a sling shot

Disabled an armored vehicle at 1000 yards... with a dummy round, a Canadian quarter and an uno card

First shot out of a rented .50 AE Deagle hit right under the X at 10 yards. Felt cool as shit. Probably still got the target around here somewhere.

when i used to shoot skeet i could wing a clay, then shoot the remnants of the clay too.

Turned a Ruger Mk-IV into a competition ready 1911/Glock hybrid during the announcement party for the Ruger Mk-II... the disassembly of that weapon sparked the whole Glock vs 1911 debate - the answer to which will be revealed once I declare both pistols obsolete

nogunz

Shot a perfect score 10 times consistently during the Wimbledon match competition... with a .40 hi-point

Im sorry to hear of your lack of guns. You should aspire to be like me, so I autographed my screen over your post... the value of every electronic device in your home went up in value because of that.

I kicked a trap nicknamed skeet in the balls so hard he flew into the air where I shot him with a double barrel shotgun. Two popular shooting sports were named in honor of that event.

I once cleared a squib round out of my barrel with so much force, it earned a confirmed kill against a Syrian fighter jet.

Got to be part of an 8 man team selected to represent my old battalion in the Army operational shooting competition, why is the Army wide comp with other nationalities sending teams as well (USA, CAN, AUS, Middle Easterners). We had won our brigade and divisional competitions and we, as a team, came near the top in the AOSC. My personal goal was to get into the Army 100, the top 100 best scoring individuals in the entire competition, and I came 71st.

Probably the best six months I spent in the Army, shooting every day, detached from my company so pretty much left to manage myself. No work parties, not shit jobs, no parading, left to do our own PT; just turn up in the morning, sign out our weapons, drive to the range and shoot all day, 5 days per week some weeks.

A 99 on an A100 at 300m with irons only

consistent hits on a 3 in spinner at 50+ yards out of a Kahr PM9

If you pop a rabbit and catch it off guard, they sometimes jump up in the air before dying. I once popped one, then popped him again while he was airborne

This, the drop would just be pointless

What is that middle gun? T/C?

Its gorgeous.

Seriously, I already have to aim 4 or 5 feet high at 25 yards with subsonic .22 ammo, there is no way this guy is drilling the X at 100 yards consistently.

I once wrote my targets name on a bullet, fired it and realized I misspelled his name, so I fired another round that I wrote "misspelled bullet" on and knocked it out of the air before loading a round with the correct spelling and hitting my target.

Shot the wings off a fly, then hit it again as it fell.

I once taught a no-guns basedboy how to shoot before he enlisted in the military... His name was Carlos Hathcock.

I once taught a gay couple about firearms and how they work. They opened a business and are still together... they were Heckler & Koch

jesus you're some autistic faggot

are you gonna delete this one too so you can include mine in a third one

Placing 1st at my first club championship.
Then again, i was the only on in my age bracket and had a shamefull 196/300.
Gotta train Duell and Präzision.

John Moses Browning used to call me for advice on designing firearms. One day, I got drunk and started messing with him by giving him ideas on building a gun around a really shitty round. A week later, he introduced the 1911.

I once left my fork in my Tupperware while heating up my lunch in the microwave at work. It melted and created a mess. When it was done, my friend Gaston asked if he could use it for an important project. The next day, he released the Glock pistol.

>when a nogun Yurops decides to shit up a gun thread

Top of the skull at a little under 400m with an M4.

I once taught a pack of cub scouts how to shoot. This resulted in the formation of SEAL team 6

I used to let these two homeless guys rummage through my trash for things they could sell. They later founded Brownells and Midway USA

Why you say in nogun Yurops and just stupid summer kids? This is why people go to reddit, to filter out these morons.

I taught an illiterate Russian tank commander how to make mechanical drawings. He was Mikail Kalashnikov.

Hitting 10/10 my first time ever picking up a shotgun and skeet shooting.

I once got a bar full of fudds worked up about gun control, they were so pissed that the next day they founded the NRA

Shooting UBL with a 420noscope

A few years ago, I got this really geeky kid into shooting. He talked to his friend Chris about using part of an imageboard as a place for getting pedophiles and underage kids to talk about weapons instead of diddling each other. They named it Jow Forums.org/k

A range near me requires you to shoot a target at 50 yards before they let you on the 200 yard range. The range officer said shooting it with irons would be "impossible" and I should go buy a scope and AR to do it. Damn boomer was probably jelly of my wood M1A. Hit all 3 at 50 yards. Not my most impressive, but I just like proving people wrong.

I once put an unfired round in a beer can and crushed it. I gave it to some random guy as a joke. He started making more and sold them to people as the AR-15

I refuse to believe a Fudd thought it would be impossible to shoot with iron sights at 50 yards. "Back in my day we qualified with irons!!"

(That 18something was Präzision only, don't ask about my Zeitserie)

I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die.

I refuse to believe this. I built an AR a month ago, my first gun and first time shooting a rifle. After zeroing the irons it was a piece of cake to hit at 50 yards. Red dot feels like cheating.

10” gong 400 yards probe unsupported with the following
FAL
M1 Garand
SLR104-FR with 1p63 Obzor
DDM4A1 with ACOG

My niggas. I'm in the process of making a berm so I can get out to 150 yards.

I may or may not have hit someone in the throat with a SIMS round down a long hallway.

I hit a 446 meter SMAW shot(we used a laser rangefinder on a subsequent patrol to find the exact distance) in combat and knocked out a machine gun emplacement that had another squad of ours pinned in the middle of an open field.

I also shot a 236/250 on table 1 in boot camp (with iron sights, you fucking boots). I was top in my platoon and second in my company of ~350 people. I never shot over 230 again in my enlistment though.

Simply buying my first gun and shooting it for the first time

I hit the paper

Hit a beer bottle at 100 yards with a .357 magnum on the third shot

37 hits out of 50 on a B27 at 100y with a S&W j-frame.

>And still a nogunz
No surprise

Jesus Christ

Thanks asshole.
Now my coworkers are looking at me weird as to why I just burst out laughing in our quiet office

>Police academy shooting Sig Sauer 226
>Corporals set up a fun competition with recruits
>5 plates
>1 full mag with 1 in the pipe
>Fastest time while hitting all 5 plates wins
>Waiting my turn and watching everyone miss their first shot because of heavy double action
>Then proceed to miss second and third trying to reaquire
>My turn is up
>Decide to cock hammer on first shot
>5 shots 5 hits
>Everyone excited, including me
>End up besting our “Uber tactical” Corporal in time
>He says “yeah not gonna happen”
>He goes again and destroys my time
>Still happy because I was the only person to hit 5 in 5

My P226 brethren!

t.

>3moa without sights
I don't believe you

175 grain .308 that'll fit in any mag is perfectly capable of bopping your target out to 1500 if you're a good shooter.

Doesn't 308 have a really ugly transition from supersonic to subsonic around 800 yards that fucks things up?

That Ruger is sexy, my dude. Is that a Volquartsen handle?

I meant grip. Don't mind my weird English. I'm so sleepy atm.

Knocking down all 10 pigs when my dad let me try it out after his match ended. Yeah, in hindsight, it's not even a challenge, but I was eight, and he told me he was proud of me.

I mean, it isn't a stellar performer out past 800 but it can still be doped if you're just that good.

Hell, I've seen a guy from 3rd SFG punch 1,100 with a 5.56 from his deck.

Some people can just really, really fucking shoot.
