Parkland High Cops kept EMTs from responding to victims

thetruthaboutguns.com/2018/06/daniel-zimmerman/report-broward-county-sheriff-capt-kept-emts-out-of-stoneman-douglas-high-after-shooting/

Is there any tactical reason for this? Could these cops have botched this any harder?

>Is there any tactical reason for this?
yeah, boost the body count to help their gun control agenda

If that sheriff gets re-elected, someone needs to check the county's water supply.

Fear.

Didn't read the article but if there is still an active shooter or possible one it could make EMTs targets/ be possible shooter is using injured as bait.

How else do you expect them to ex-fill the real shooter OP?

The EMTs were going to go in with tactical medic teams that included armed police officers, which is basically the gold standard for first response operations.

EMTs can't go onto a scene until cops give the all clear
If there was a reporting of a shooting and EMS gets there before the cops.
They gotta sit there in their ambulance until the cops come 20 minutes later

They kept the EMTs (Who again, weren't going in alone and unarmed) out even after the shooter was arrested at a nearby McDonalds. The cops just didn't want to risk themselves.

Okay, let's go down the check list:

>Did not engage or stop school shooter.
>Set up perimeter that stopped EMTS from giving aid(assuming when shooting was over).
>The school shooter actually walked out of the perimeter and went to eat something.

Boy. He couldn't do a worse job if he was intentionally helping the shooter.

>if he was

GIBS ME YOUR GUNS, WHITE PEOPLE!

Were the EMTs corporate or county/ city? What is the standard procedure for these events. Are all EMTs trained to do these things.

By all means start foaming at the mouth like the media want you to. But usually there is a reason even if it's not a very good reason.

I'd imagine that the EMTS can only go in after the area has been secured, but if the cops don't do that, then it never happens.

Not during a mass casualty incident, this is when EMS is allowed to enter a potentially dangerous scene. First to triage then to extricate

Did either of you idiots even read the article? The EMTs and sheriffs were trained to enter as mixed teams to render aid in an unsafe environment.

just stop, you Jow Forumsshit

Literally confirmed for not even reading the posted article. It says they were fire Dept emt from the coral springs-parkland Dept. and the emt were not asking to go in alone but with a trained team that was tailored for mascas situations that was already on scene.
Fucking kill yourself.

Good-hearted EMTs make the incomprehensible mistake of thinking cops care about saving anyone else's life.

Listen to la goblina and turn in your guns.

So the area wasn't secured? Okay.

>what is scene safety

They were still denied entry after the shooter was arrested outside of the perimeter. Go fuck yourself.

Not relevant, and not the cited reason. The commander on the ground "would have to check" meaning she either didn't have the authority to actually command and shouldn't have been there or didn't think she had the authority to command and shouldn't have been there. Even after the shooter was arrested, she "had to check".

Paramedic here. Responding is a Tactical Team where two cops and two EMTs enter the building just behind the SWAT team to triage and remove patience is the gold standard for responding to active shooting events. However this requires a budget and requires extensive emphasis on extensive training between both police and EMTs to work as a team. Unfortunately cops and EMTs don't work so well as it is together. Let alone cops trying to work by themselves. The last time the fire department I was training with tried to do active shooting training with the local police department it resulted in more of the EMTs being shot then the guy playing the shooter

This is how it should be but not always how it plays out. Just look at how Alice training is so rare when it should be the standard but they still teach Duck and Cover like as the 50s. The culture of safety as it's called has poisoned First Responders ability to act in active shooting scenarios

>remove patience

Found that funnier than I probably should have.

Unfortunately "this is the way we've always done it" plagues EMS and fire fighting. For example firefighter dominating the world of EMS, and that we still actually use backboards for anything other than extrication

Sorry phone posting. Patience and patients sound the same for a fucking reason..

This, sadly

Remember officers lives are paramount, safety first, thin blue line.

Holy shit even PV2 Snuffy can manage the fundamentals of TCCC when getting his ass shot at so why can't these 'trained professionals'. Fucking disgraceful.

Post proof

It is "true". Source: am paramedic. It's not about laws it's about training and protocol

La abominacion...

>If that sheriff gets re-elected
Why the fuck didn't he get fired?

he dindu nuffin, he a good boy. turn in your firearms now.

>Why didn't Sheriff (((Israel))) get fired
Gee, I wonder

The county commission is probably in on it also.

Don't forget how incredibly corrupt Broward county is. Just last election they had multiple scandals including mail in ballots being destroyed and an "error" causing the medical marijuana bill to be omitted from some ballots.

sun-sentinel.com/local/broward/fl-ballot-mistake-marijuana-missing-20161019-story.html

Broward County and Sheriff (((Israel))) are total cluster fucks. Not only did the cops chicken out and keep the EMT's out, the Broward County School System took advice from Obama and Holder on how to lower the crime rate of black yoofs. Guess what ingenious method they used to do this?

Stop arresting niggers. Brilliant!

>incredibly corrupt
why does this only seem to affect states south of the mason dixon line?

HA. Oh HAhaha. Hahaha jesus.

Ohh lord. You're a peach.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_local_officials_convicted_of_federal_corruption_offenses

Pretty standard procedure, you don't attempt to care for the wounded until the situation is secure, otherwise you're just more like to add more bodies to the mix, likely those who can help the wounded at that.

But of course, I guess plenty of you newfag shitters didn't think of that.

not just corrupt officials but corruption involving voting

Southerners are worse at hiding their nefarious deeds than the elites in dc, ny or califorina. See the above

>archive.fo/tmKLw
theres the archive link because ops a faggot

Detroit New York Philadelphia chicago all of maryland just to say a few but you have a point. That good ol boy shit is real

Chicago Illinois is the most corrupt area of the US. The State of Louisiana is probably a close second - not surprising given the fact they wanted to make Huey Long (who was fucking awesome, BTW) a virtual dictator. Nearly all the corruption I hear about down South are black politicians in "urban" areas.

>Chicago/Illinois
>New Jersey

Muh yankee pride

Donald Rumsfeld commanded them to stand down.

EVERY MAN A KING

So the area wasn't secured? Okay.

again.

>the vote is in and the numbers do not favor Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel.

A deputies’ union on Thursday announced that 85 percent of its members who voted — 534 out of 628 — cast ballots expressing “no confidence” in the sheriff’s leadership.

>check the county's water supply
Thats fucked too actually
local10.com/health/pembroke-pines-water-does-not-meet-standards-of-health-department

As somebody that has lived in Pembroke pines and Davie, Pembroke pines doesn't seem to be all that bad. Davie is literally flint tier. I once boiled down a pot of tap water until it was completely evaporated and what was left was a film of yellowish-brown powder residue at the bottom of the pot.

it's like youve never heard of CA, NY, IL, NJ

YOU MUST GIBS GUNS *HORK* *SNARL* *SCREECH* *GROWL* *SNIFFLE* *BELCH* *BRAAP*

I'll stop making fun of these anti American traitors when they stop blaming guns instead of sheriff israel's wonderboy squad and the school system that did nothing after finding ammo in the shooters backpack in this day and age.

>First responder

I think you mean police. The EMTs I know aren't pussies and would train medical fireteams if they could

is goblina and boss hogg still going around vomiting their bs in public?

Backboard fuckery sounds like a great way to deal with shitheads

EMT here, cops stop us from helping people all the time, a dude got ventilated in a drive by but wouldn't even let us touch him to verify pulse and breathing or even attempt cpr to try and save his life and the paramedics couldn't touch him to actually say he was dead all because the detective wasn't there

Yes. Hogg is desperately hanging on to his 15 minutes.

Has he gotten into college yet?

>word salad
>incoherent
>emt
Please no

>that did nothing after finding ammo in the shooters backpack in this day and age.
Fuck off, noguns. Of all the things he actually should've been arrested for, you're gonna go with the "crime" of possessing ammo?

The zero-tolerance policies you espouse have no place in a free society; they would impact far more students who simply forgot a few rounds of .22 from when they were out popping woodchucks Saturday than actual school shooters, and contribute to the denormalisation of firearms in our society.

No. Ketamine works just fine

I am phone posting from squad.

It's mostly cops but it's making its way to ems
>Begin your scenario:
> Scene safe BSI xD

Fair, but that's not as torturous as double-boarding someone.

Silly Billy that's what ammonia smelling salts are for

>police
>trained professionals

>Be Republican governor
>find bill on table
>raise gas tax to pay for failing roads
>sign it
>everyone gets mad
>get voted out
>be Democrat governor
>approve even bigger gas tax for "failing roads"
>roads get fucking worse
Welcome to Pennsylvania, where you're absolutely fucked no matter which way you look. We need to kill all of the Jew York transplants.

No, and he's so dumb that no college wants him. Even activist colleges are turning him down. When pressed on the matter, his face contorts into what I can only describe as a twisted mess of anger and he says "C-c-college doesn't matter. N-n-not at all." behind a stream of very salty tears.

So many people think I'm joking when I say I'd rather spend a year in the korengal valley than six months in Chicago.

The SWAT officers from a different department who responded to the shooting were chewed out, there was some kind of chief vs chief fight, the deputies staged an unprecedented vote of no confidence in Sherriff Scott Israel, and several officers from that department have died since the shooting. Also that area is the constituency for DWS and a lawyer investigating her dealings with Imran Awan was found dead on a beach.

>student with multiple signs of mental instability
>has ammunition in pack, while underage
>has been reported to FBI and local police
N-n-nothing should have been done about him. It is his RIGHT to carry ammo to school, even if he was underage and suspected of mental instability by all of his peers and family.

>but there usually is a reason
Not in Broward County there isn't.

You just added more gas to the pol fire dude.

But that's not who a zero-tolerance policy hits. Zero-tolerance hits benign people who shouldn't face consequences for an honest mistake. Schoolkids with no discipline issues get hit with serious punishment for bullshit all the time.

>several officers from that department have died since the shooting. Also that area is the constituency for DWS and a lawyer investigating her dealings with Imran Awan was found dead on a beach.
were they suicided?

Attached: image.jpg (900x599, 119K)

>However this requires a budget
Do you not think one of the wealthiest county's in the US has a good budget?

He should have been dealt with long before the ammo, he was a massive problem and one hundred percent of the guilt should hang on Sherriff Scott Israel's neck, not in any conspiracy theory sense but in the sense he 100% abdicated his role (and then continued repeatedly to abdicate it more).

I don't know and will not speculate (they are cops, it is Florida), but Broward County sure is a flaming juggernaut of aged garbage on a circular track.

Yeap. Other than rampant corruption not sure how he, and most of that schools facility aren't being slammed with charges of negligence and/or manslaughter for their willful role in facilitating his shooting.

SLOB ON MY KNOB, BITCH!

cubans aren't allowed on my property. anyone but cubans are allowed as long as i know them. but i will never trust a cuban.

Why?

cubans are untrustworthy

Wasn't there also like 20+ death threats prior to this?

intelligence agency vicious cycle
>spy on citizens
>pick up on an actual terrorist threat
>do nothing about it, even assist the person
>terrorist massacres people
>media picks up on intelligence agency's failures
>they demand and get even more spying powers
>repeat

Because it was a false flag.

Cubans are (or are among) the best Hispanics, especially for folks who have encountered Guatemalans, Southern Mexicans, and Salvadorans. However, that's partly a result of the Cuban middle class fleeing here after the Revolution. Florida receives far more Cubans and therefore has a wider variety.

I actually think it does more damage to the government in this case to say, no, it wasn't a Z Team, it was that kid people were complaining to you about multiple times that you decided to do nothing about.

Hang on, I'll have to empty the magazines and belts, one round at a time. I'll expect you to catch the bullets of course.

Attached: stoner-AR-desktop-544437.jpg (1200x800, 166K)

Younger Cubans are used to communism?

We'll never know the shooters real identity because they destroyed mossad's footprints. But if it wasn't a false flag which is unlikely the government did play a big role in make the situation worse than it already was

>shitty cops want more gibbs in their paycheck
>decide to create a mafia scheme where they pretend there is no crime and they get more federal dollars
>ignore the spawn of Satan next door because he is a pawn in the operation
>shooting happens
>deliberately do nothing because it will create maximum casualties and intensify the issue
>go on the news and blame assault weapons because they want full control of the community
>go on tv and blame duh NRA and shit because they don't like them
>everybody except us and a few other random people are dumb enough to believe this

it's like domestic violence, except it's against the community as a whole
